Hot Water Return System means that there is always hot
water in the pipe and reduces the amount of water that
has to run in order to heat up.

Dual-Flush Toilets allow half-flush for liquid waste and a
full flush for solid waste resulting in an additional 26%
water savings when compared to the standard 1.6 GPF
toilets.

Shower Floor Tiles are Fireclay Tile "Jelly Bean Rocks"
made from crushed recycled glass bottles.
